The workhorse of the range — a clean fabric panel on an aluminium tube, made to measure for every opening, from a single guest-bathroom window to a wide sliding door onto the vines.

A blockout and a sunscreen fabric on one bracket is the practical answer for a bedroom that also faces the vines — sunscreen up during the day, blockout down at night, without two separate blinds fighting for the same window.
Chain control needs a wall tensioner as standard practice for child safety; spring-assist and motorised options are both available, and motorisation removes the chain question entirely. A cassette or pelmet valance hides the tube and can be colour-matched to your frames — useful across Constantia’s mix of original timber frames and newer aluminium. Single blinds run to roughly 3m of fabric width before a join line or a linked, motorised pair becomes the better answer, common on the wide sliding doors typical of vineyard-facing additions.
Roller blinds are quoted per square metre, installed, and the two things that move the figure are the fabric and the control. A chain or spring blind, in blockout, sunscreen or a light-filtering fabric, works out at R1,000 to R1,600 the square metre. The same blind motorised: R2,500 to R3,800, which takes in the motor, the control you choose and setting it up on the day.
You will find a floor under every blind: below a certain size we charge a minimum, since the tube, the brackets and the visit itself cost what they cost. Nothing here is a quotation. Each of your own windows gets its own figure at the free measure, and you see it in writing before an order exists.
